History Museum of Mobile is an educational and entertaining destination for both adults and children. As you explore the museum's galleries, interesting artifacts and fascinating stories will appear around every corner. The museum also boasts audio and interactive exhibits that engage visitors as they learn.

Teacher Pre-Visit Information

This section contains information that will help you prepare for your class visit to the museums. There are also pre-visit activities that will help to prepare your students for a tour of Old Ways, New Days: The Story of Mobile our permanent exhibit on the history of the Mobile Bay area. Much of the exhibit supports Alabama Course of Study content standards for Social Studies.
