In this workshop for children and families, participants will learn about the food and herbs used in Colonial Mobile during the French Era. Learn about the foods cultivated, hunted, or gathered by the French, Native Americans, and West Africans and how these ingredients became the basis for the regional recipes of the northern Gulf Coast. Then, make your own French herb garden to take home!
- Workshop price is included with admission but limited to 20 people per date (click here for admission prices).
- Choose either Tues. June 3 or Thurs. June 5 at 10:00am.
